These past few days I was sick with a fever and even if yesterday I was still feeling a bit like shit I decided to try this juice I've had in mind for a couple of days!!!
Ecco cosa ho usato: 1 pompelmo rosa, 1 fetta di mini anguria, 1 grappolo di ribes.
Here's what I used: 1 pink grapefruit, 1 slice of mini watermelon, 1 small grape of red currant.
Prima di tutto ho spremuto fino alla buccia il pompelmo per avere tutto il succo possibile!
Dopodichè ho frullato l'anguria e il ribes.
First of all I squeeze as much as I could the grapefruit so that I could get all the juice I could out of it!
After that I mixed the watermelon and the red currant.
Una volta frullati li ho versati nel bicchiere, dove c'era giù il succo di pompelmo, con un colino. Non scoraggiatevi se non scende tutto subito, anzi, versatene poco per volta, schiacciate con un cucchiaino, finchè non scende tutto il liquido.
Once mixed I poured it into the glass, where there was already the grapefuit juice, with a strainer. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't go down immediately, actually, you should pour it a bit at the time, push the liquid with a teaspoon, until it all goes down.
|sembra facile, ma versare con una mano e cercare di fare una foto decente con l'altra è una vera impresa!!!|

And here it is!!!! I thought I would have been a bit bitter because of the grapefuit taste, but it actually was not that bad, because the watermelon and the currant dampened the bitterness!!! Really good!!!
