5 PODCASTS YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO RIGHT NOW

Ultimamente sto ascoltando sempre più podcast, e sono iscritta a molti (tutti in inglese,
mi dispiace amici italiani), ma vorrei consigliarvene 5 che secondo me
dovete iniziare ad ascoltare subito!

Lately I've been listening a lot to podcasts, and I have a lot I've subscribed to, but I would like
to suggest you 5 you should listen to right now!

THE HEART OF IT

Estée Lalonde è una youtuber canadese, che vive a Londra da molti anni, dove si è trasferita per amore. Da allora ha aperto il suo canale che va benissimo, così ha registrato 8 puntate di questo podcast THE HEART OF IT, dove ha affrontato temi come il femminismo, la mamma, il viaggio e altri argomenti vicini anche al mio cuore, quindi posso dire di avere amato molto questo podcast e non vedo l'ora che arrivino le nuove puntate della prossima stagione.

Estée Lalonde is a Canadian youtube, who's been living in London for many years, where she moved to for love. She then opened her channel, which is going so well she wrote a book and now she recorded 8 episodes of this podcast THE HEART OF IT, where she talked about topics like feminism, mom, travel and other topics close to my heart, so I can say that I really loved this podcast and I can't wait listen to the new episodes for the next season.

MYTHS AND LEGENDS

Ascolto il podcast Myths and Legends da un paio di anni, mi sono sempre piaciute le storie tramandate, e il modo di raccontarle di Jason Weiser è davvero accattivante e divertente, molte storie sono storie di altre tradizioni che non conoscevo e altre le conoscevo solo superficialmente. E' davvero molto divertente.

I've been listening the Myths and Legends podcast for a couple of years, I've always loved stories passed on and the way Jason Weiser tells them is really catchy and funny, many are stories of other traditions I didn't know and other I only knew superficially. It's really funny.

HISTORICAL FIGURES

Ho scoperto di essere curiosa delle biografie di personaggi storici quando alle medie il professore di musica ci ha fatto vedere il film della vita di Mozart, Amadeus, e ho voluto saperne di più. Così, ogni volta che scopro un personaggio interessante, vado a vedere la biografia su Wikipedia.

Così, per caso, ho scoperto questo podcast, Historical Figures, che prima aveva un altro nome e molti altri episodi, che si possono trovare sul sito, e l'ultimo che ho ascoltato è Nikola Tesla, del quale non sapevo nulla, e precedentemente la Regina Victoria.

I found out I'm curious of biographies of historical figures in middle school, when out music teacher made us see Mozart's life's movie, Amadeus, and I wanted to know more. So, everytime I find an interesting character, I go on Wikipedia to read the bio. Anyway, I found this podcast, Historical Figures, who had an other name before, ad you can find the old episodes on their website, and the last episode I listened to was about Nikola Tesla, about who I didn't know much, and before that Queen Victoria.

CTRL ALT DELETE

Ho scoperto CTRL ALT DELETE, tramite Victoria, IN THE FROW, dove Emma Gannon intervista le sue ospiti con il loro rapporto con internet e i social media, e il podcast porta lo stesso nome del suo libro, ha avuto ospiti come Elizabeth Gilbert, Cheryl Strayed, Lena Dunham e molte altre.

I discovered CTRL ALT DELETE, through Victoria, IN THE FROW, where Emma Gannon interviews her guests about their relationship with internet and the social medias, and the podcast had the same name of her book, and had guests like Elizabeth Gilbert, Cheryl Strayed, Lena Dunham

and many others.

FICTIONAL

Questo è un podcast con storie che sono state scritte e ora reinterpretate da Jason Weiser, dall'Inferno di Dante a Il Richiamo di Chtulu, per ora ci sono pochi episodi, e la maggior parte sono storie che non conosco, chiamato Fictional. Come al solito, il modo di reinterpretare le storie di Jason Weiser, è molto divertente e appassionante.

This is a podcast with stories that have been written and then have been reinterpreted by Jason Weiser, from Dante's Inferno to The Call of  Chtulu, and for now there are few episodes , and the majority I don't know about, called Fictional. As usual, Jason Weiser's way to reinterpret stories, always funny and catchy.

Purtroppo preferisco ascoltarli in inglese, quindi niente suggerimenti per podcast italiani, ma so che ci sono diversi podcast di radio 105 e radio DEEJAY, tratti dalle puntate giornaliere, molto divertenti.
