Qualche giorno fa sono andata alla Reggia di Venaria Reale a vedere la Mostra su Lady Diana.
A couple of days ago I went to see to the Reggia di Venaria Reale to see the Lady Diana Exhibition.
Come saprete, quest'anno è il ventesimo anniversario della sua morte, quindi alla Reggia hanno fatto questa mostra con foto di Diana, e frasi dette da lei.
Si inizia con foto della sua infanzia, il suo matrimonio e il suo funerale, ma anche con
questa bellissima foto di lei con i Principi Harry e William.
As you well know this year is the 20th anniversary of her death, so the Reggia made this exhibition with pictures of Diana, and quotes from her.
It starts with some pictures from her childhood, her wedding and some from her funeral,
but also with this beautiful picture of her with Prince William and Prince Harry.

Ma ha anche avuto dei momenti di pazzia, come questo , quando Freddy Mercury e Kenny Everett l'hanno aiutata ad entrare segretamente dentro un famoso gay pub di
Londra vestita da uomo nel 1988.
But she also had crazy moment, like this one, when Freddy Mercury and Kenny Everett dressed
her up as a man to enter a famous gay pub in 1988.
C'era anche un piccolo salottino per fare un selfie mentre si beveva un English tea.
There was also a little boudoir to take selfie while drinking an English tea.
Diana amava moltissimo la musica e ha partecipato a moltissimi concerti. E anche i cantanti la
adoravano, infatti molti nel corso degli anni l'hanno inclusa nelle sue canzoni, come Depeche Mode, Lady Gaga e Pet Shop Boys.
But Diana loved very much music and she attended many concerts. Singers loved her too,
that's why so many included her into their songs, like Depeche Mode, Lady Gaga and Pet Shop Boys.
Nel complesso è stata una mostra molto bella e mi è piaciuta, aveva delle cose che ancora non sapevo su Diana. Ricordo perfettamente il giorno che ho sentito la notizia: stavo per tornare a casa dopo una vacanza di un mese (che cosa strana che sarebbe oggi) ed ero in macchina con la radio accesa mentre i miei stavano impacchettando. Sono corsa in casa per dirlo a tutti. Ricordo che sono rimasta molto sconvolta dalla notizia, era la prima persona famosa che conoscevo che moriva...

At the end it was a really nice exhibition and I really liked it, it had many things I didn't
know about Diana. I remember perfectly the day I heard the news of her death: we were packing uptake car go get back home from our month long vacation (what a beautiful thing that was) and I was in the car with the radio on and heard it. I ran into the house to tell everyone. I remember I was really shocked by it, I think that a was the first famous people I knew about that died.
