The other I went to the local thrift market, and I didn't have much hope, but I went looking specifically for a couple of things and I was actually really lucky and found them all.
L'altro giorno sono andata al mercatino dell'usato più vicino, e non avevo grandi speranze, ma questa volta sono andata cercando delle cose specifiche e sono stata fortunata a trovarle.
First of all, I found a tiny bottle that I will use for oil. I've been looking for something like this, because I don't like the ceramic bottle that I'm using at the moment. I saw in a video that someone found a really cute bottle for oil at Ikea, which I couldn't find on line, but I decided to try in the used market, and I was really lucky. I just need to find a new cork, because this one doesn't look good.
Prima di tutto, ho trovato questa bottiglietta che userò per l'olio. Era da un pò che stavo cercando qualcosa del genere, perchè non mi piace la bottiglia di ceramica che sto usando al momento. Ho visto nel video di una ragazza che ha trovato una bottiglietta carina in Ikea, ma on line non l'ho trovata, e prima di provare di persona a cercarla ho deciso di provare nell'usato, e sono stata molto fortunata. Devo solo trovare un altro tappo, perchè questo non sembra messo bene.
After that, I was looking for books with hardcover because I want to DIY them into clutches, or something similar. I've been wanting to try this for years, and I saw a tutorial recently and I decided to give it a try. I'll keep you posted.
Dopodiché, stavo cercando dei libri con la copertina rigida perchè voglio provare a trasformarli in clutch, o qualcosa di simile. E' molto che voglio provare a farlo, e ho rivisto recentemente un tutorial e ho deciso di provarci. Vi terrò informati.
I then found this super cute little tin, that looks like an old jar of milk. I don't know what to do with it yet, but I'll find a purpose for it.
Ho poi trovato questa piccola latta super carina, che sembra uno dei vecchi contenitori del latte. Non so ancora cosa farci, ma le troverò uno scopo.
I then found this grater that I've been looking for some time, but forgot about it. Then I bent down to look at other stuff and found it, so I grabbed it immediately. I wanted to get it to create some DIYs, but I might use it for food, instead. We'll see.
Ho poi trovato questa grattugia che cercavo da molto tempo, ma me n'ero dimenticata. Poi mi sono abbassata per guardare altre cose e l'ho trovata, quindi l'ho subito afferrata. Volevo prenderla nell'usato per dei DIY, ma potrei usarla per il cibo, invece. Vedremo.

In total I spent about 9€, which is very little. Everything, apart from the grater, had its price reduced at the moment of the payment, so it was a nice surprise.
So, I found out that if I have something in mind, I might be lucky, but it's also luck to find cute things when you go without ideas in mind, like today.

Ho speso in totale 9€, che è davvero pochissimo. Tutto, tranne la grattugia, erano stati ribassati e l'ho scoperto al momento del pagamento, quindi è stata una bella sorpresa.
Quindi, ho scoperto che se vado cercando qualcosa di specifico, potrei essere fortunata, ma anche senza idee potrei essere fortunata e trovare cose carine, come oggi.
