The other day I had my nephews for lunch and since they're kids (duh!) and difficult in taste, like most children, I went for something tasty and nice, and also something they liked.
L'altro giorno ho avuto i miei nipoti a pranzo e siccome sono bambini (ovviamente) e di gusti difficile, come la maggior parte dei bambini, ho cercato di fare qualcosa di semplice e gustoso, e soprattutto che gli sarebbe piaciuto.
First the "pizza bread".
Here's what you'll need: sliced bread, mozzarella, passata, frankfurters.
Prima il "pane pizza".
Ecco di cosa avrete bisogno: pane cassetta, mozzarella, passata, würstel.
First of all you need the toast the bread slices a bit, otherwise, once you start putting the passata on them they'll destroy. Then you can put the passata on, then frankfurters and then mozzarella.
I put them in the oven for about 10 minutes, just enough for the mozzarella to melt. And warmed them a bit just before we ate them.
Prima di tutto bisogna tostare un pochino il pane, altrimenti, quando iniziate a metterci la passata si distruggeranno. Allora potete mettere la passata, poi i würstel e poi la mozzarella.
Li ho tenuti in forno per circa 10 minuti, abbastanza per far sciogliere la mozzarella.
Li ho scaldati giusto prima di mangiarli.
And for this egg cupcakes you'll need: 6 eggs, big frankfurter.
E per i cupcake di uova serviranno: 6 uova, würstel grossi.
This is even easier than the one before: you whisk all eggs together, and cut the piece of frankfurters and put them in the center of the cupcake wrapper and pour the eggs in them. Put them in the oven and check they're cooked good enough. Done!
Questo è ancora più facile di quello precedente: basta sbattere le uova, e tagliare pezzi dei würstel grossi e metterli al centro dei pirottini per i cupcake e versate le uova dentro. Mettetele nel forno e controllate che siano ben cotte. Fatto!
