I thought I'd share with you my beauty routine today.
It's really simple, there's not many products, but really good ones, with a natural base.

E' molto semplice, non ci sono molti prodotti, ma sono tutti molto buoni, a base naturale.
Let's start from the morning products.
When I think it's time for me to go wash up (being at home at the moment I often postpone the moment), one of the first things I do is wash my face with this oats face detergent by Bottega Verde. I found it in a monthly mybeautybox. It's for sensitive and delicate skins. I'm neither, but I really like it anyway. :-)
Cominciamo dai prodotti che uso al mattino.
Quando decido che è ora di andare a lavarsi (essendo a casa al momento è un momento che si può
rimandare), una delle prime cose che faccio è lavarmi il viso con questo detergente viso all'avena di Bottega Verde. L'ho trovato in una delle mybeautybox che ricevo mensilmente. E' perfetto per pelli delicate e sensibili. Io non nessuna delle due, ma mi piace molto come prodotto. :-)
This Garnier hydrating cream is in a way a new entry. I've had it in my drawer for a while, waiting for me to finish the other creams I've been using. It's really delicate, maybe I think it's better to be used in warmer months, but I really like it, the aloe gives a plus to skincare products.
It also has a really delicate smell and absorbs quickly.
Questa crema idratante di Garnier è in un certo senso la new entry. E' da un pò che è nel mio cassetto, in attesa che finissi le altre creme che stavo usando. E' molto delicata, forse è meglio usarla nei mesi un pò più caldi, ma mi piace molto, l'aloe dona sempre una marcia in più ai prodotti per la pelle. Ha un odore delicato, e si assorbe molto in fretta.
The day cream of the ELIXIR JEUNESSE line by Yves Rocher came into my routine haphazardly. It came with a mybeautybox, too, with the release of this detox line, with other products of the line. This anti pollution and restructuring treatment helps repair the skin for the pollution and cold damages, enriched with Aphloia plant extract, which is a plant I found out they use in Marocco to make tea, for the exact same reasons Yves Rocher used it in its products.
La crema da giorno della linea ELIXIR JEUNESSE di Yves Rocher è entrata nella mia beauty routine per caso. Anche lei arriva da una mybeautybox, in l'occasione dell'uscita di questa collezione detox, sono arrivati vari prodotti della linea. Questo trattamento ristrutturante e anti inquinamento aiuta a riparare la pelle dai danni dell'inquinamento e del freddo, arricchita con estratto di Aphloia, pianta che ho scoperto in Marocco usano per fare il tè, proprio per le proprietà positive per la pelle.
For the evening routine: to remove my makeup I use most of the times this micellar water, of the same line of the cream above. I started using micellar water a little more than a year ago, and it's the makeup removal method I love the most. You'll only need a cotton pad or, like I do, a fabric reusable one, put a little product on and you'll be cleansed in a jiffy, without too many products, because it acts as a detergent and a tonic. This product, being part of. a detox line, acts just like a detox and gives the skin an immediate brightness back. I love it!
Eccoci alla sera: per struccarmi uso per la maggior parte delle volte quest'acqua micellare, anch'essa della linea ELIXIR JEUNESSE. Ho iniziato ad usare l'acqua micellare da poco più di un anno, ed è il metodo che preferisco in assoluto per struccarmi. Basta un dischetto di cotone o, come faccio io, riutilizzabile in stoffa, mettere un pò di prodotto, e in quattro e quattr'otto sei struccata, senza bisogno di troppe cose, fa da detergente e tonico. In più quest'acqua micellare, facendo parte di una linea detox, agisce anche in questo modo, cercando di ridare alla pelle immediata luminosità . La adoro!
I started using as an alternative of the previous product this micellar oil with chamomile. I saw so many youtubers removing makeup with oil based products lately and, since I'm using a lot of Yves Rocher products lately, I decided to try this one out. It's really easy: you only need two pumps in your hands, massage it on the face and wash it out.
In alternativa all'acqua micellare, ho deciso di provare quest'olio micellare alla camomilla. Ho visto moltissime youtube struccarsi con degli olii di varie marche e, dato che sto usando moltissimo Yves Rocher negli ultimi tempi, ho deciso di provare questo prodotto. Devo dire che è davvero facile usarlo: ne bastano due spruzzate sulle mani e passarlo in viso e sciacquare.
Of course I could not go to bed without my night cream. Always from the same line, the sleeping care cream of the ELIXIR JEUNESSE line entered in my routine a while ago. A part from detoxing the skin while you sleep, it also acts as an anti-wrinkle cream. I'm not that far from the big 30 and I think I must start prevent what it's not here yet.
Ovviamente non poteva mancare la crema da notte. Sempre restando in tema, la crema sleeping care della linea ELIXIR JEUNESSE è entrata a far parte della mia routine regolarmente da un pò di tempo. Oltre a detossificare la pelle mentre si dorme, agisce anche da anti rughe. Ormai non manca molto ai 30 anni ed è ora che inizi a curare anche quello che ancora non c'è.
